Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Vigil collects and handles personal information submitted through this marketing website — for example, through the Book a Demo form. It does not cover the video security platform itself, which is governed by a separate agreement with each customer.

Name, work email, company, role, province, and location count submitted through our demo request form, plus standard web analytics (page views, referrer, UTM parameters).

We process this information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and, for Quebec residents, Quebec’s Law 25 (the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information).

Lead submissions from this site are directed to a Canadian-resident endpoint. This site’s static pages are served from a global content delivery network, which does not itself create a PIPEDA obligation.
